Refund Policy

At TM School, we are committed to delivering high-quality education through both offline and online programs. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our clients, as outlined below.

Offline Courses (In-Person) Clients enrolled in offline (in-person) courses may request a full refund under the following conditions:
  • A full refund may be requested within 7 days after attending the first class, if the Client notifies us in writing of their decision to withdraw from the course.
  • No refunds will be issued if the Client attends the second class.
  • Attendance is determined based on TM School’s official class records.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or delivered to the Service Provider’s physical address.
  • The Service Provider will process the refund within 30 days of receiving the written request.

Online Courses

Clients enrolled in online courses may request a full refund under the following conditions:

  • A full refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the Client is within the first course block (either has not started it yet or is currently studying it).
  • No refunds will be issued if the Client has accessed or started the second course block.

Refund requests for online courses must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

TM School Inc. reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above or where misuse or abuse of the refund policy is suspected.
