Welcome to TM School Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://tmschool.hors-web.site and all related services, including enrollment in our online and offline courses. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TM School Inc. regarding your use of our services.
By accessing or using any part of the Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Business entities may also use our services on behalf of their employees.
2. User Accounts
To access and participate in our online courses, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts with no login activity for more than 3 years may be deleted after prior notice to the registered email.
3. Online Course Access and Use
When you enroll in a course:
- You are granted non-transferable, limited access to course materials for one (1) year. Access may be revoked without refund if these Terms are violated.
- You are eligible for two (2) months of tutor support, with an option to extend.
- To receive a certificate, you must complete all course content, assignments, and pass the final test with a score of at least 80%.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by TM School Inc., including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and assignments, is our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or modify any materials, whether hosted on our platform or on third-party services (e.g., Google Drive), without our written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Copy or download course materials for public use
- Disrupt or abuse our services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

- Credit/Debit card (via Authorize.Net)
- Direct bank transfer
- Zelle (via QR code or email)
- At this time, payments are not subject to sales tax. This may change based on applicable laws or regulations.
- Students are responsible for any transaction fees. The full course fee must be received net of any deductions.
7. Refunds
We maintain a separate Refund Policy, which governs eligibility and conditions for any refunds. Please refer to the policy available on our website.
8. Disclaimers
While we strive to offer high-quality education and support, TM School Inc. does not guarantee employment, income improvement, or other personal/professional outcomes.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
Our courses are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available.’ We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding course content, availability, or results.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” updated. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before they take effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
